CLOSER, WITHOUT OVERSHARING

Care about their nights without watching over them.

SleepyCap gives trusted friends a calmer way to stay connected: a view of the sleep rhythm and Wind Down details each person has deliberately chosen to share.

A CLOSER LOOK

A different kind of close-friends view

After a friend accepts your request, their profile remains a people-first space—not a feed of live activity. Open it when you want to understand the wider picture they have made visible.

A shared report can include sleep and wake times, Wind Down activities, and sleep score. Anything they keep private stays out of view, and your own controls work the same way.

See a shared report

Review the week, month, or longer rhythm available from the records your friend chose to share.

Keep your circle personal

Give a friend a private alias or relationship label that changes how they appear only for you.

Share by category

Sleep times, Wind Down activities, and sleep score each have a separate control.

Change your mind

Update sharing, remove a connection, block an account, or report a concern from the relationship flow.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Start with what you want to know.

What can friends see in SleepyCap?+

Friends see only the categories you have enabled: sleep and wake times, Wind Down activities, and sleep score. A category that remains off is not shown.

Does accepting a friend automatically share my sleep data?+

No. Accepting a friend creates the connection, but your sleep details remain private until you enable the relevant sharing controls.

Can I stop sharing later?+

Yes. You can change each sharing category, remove the friendship, block an account, or report a concern from SleepyCap.
