YOUR NIGHTS, IN CONTEXT

A private sleep journal that starts with one honest morning.

SleepyCap pairs a short morning reflection with your routine and sleep history so the report can show what happened—not tell you what your night should have been.

A CLOSER LOOK

See more than a single sleep number

A useful sleep journal keeps context beside the clock: when you planned to rest, what you completed, how long the night lasted, and how you felt when you woke.

SleepyCap brings those records into a calm report with timing, duration, consistency, routine activity, and small wins. Trends are presented as observations, never a medical diagnosis.

Reflect in the morning

Confirm your rest window and choose how you feel before saving the night.

Connect Apple Health

Import sleep records that already exist in Apple Health with read-only permission.

Follow your rhythm

Review bedtime, wake time, duration, and consistency across a week, month, or all records.

Keep control

Health-history backup is optional, sharing controls are separate, and account export and deletion are available.
