Terms of Use

SleepyCap provides sleep-planning, Wind Down, reminder, reporting, account, sync, and friend tools. You may use the app for lawful personal use and are responsible for your device, content, and choices.

SleepyCap is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Its summaries are simple calculations, not diagnoses or clinical sleep scores. Do not use the app for emergencies or as a substitute for a qualified health professional.

Health imports, sign-in, notifications, backups, sharing, and app-store features depend on your device and third-party services. Always verify important information with the health service that recorded it.

You retain responsibility for profile details, reports, exported files, and other content you enter. Do not harass, impersonate, spam, misuse reports, interfere with the service, or violate another person’s privacy or rights. SleepyCap may review reports and suspend abusive connected accounts.

Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued. Updates may be required for security or device compatibility. We aim to preserve user data through updates, but you should export information you cannot afford to lose.

SleepyCap Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. The localized price shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase controls the amount charged.

Payment is charged to your store account after confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your store account before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel there and restore an active purchase inside SleepyCap. Deleting SleepyCap data or your SleepyCap account does not cancel a store subscription.

To the extent permitted by law, SleepyCap is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a medical or personal outcome. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You can sign out, reset SleepyCap on a device, or permanently delete your account at any time. We may restrict abusive, unsafe, or unlawful use. Questions can be sent to support@coldter.com.
